EMPLOYEE PANEL - REGISTRATION OF INTEREST IS NOW CLOSED

If you are a City of Kingston employee who has received a letter inviting you to register your interest in participating in the employee panel, please note that registrations have now closed.  Thank you for your interest in this project. 


Please note:

Before you fill out the form below, please note the following:

  • Only City of Kingston Council employees who received an invitation to register are eligible to register.  
  • Your registration does not guarantee you a place on the panel.  The final 20 panellists selected will be drawn from those who register via a random, stratified selection process that will ensure that the panel is broadly representative and approximately equal in terms of age, gender and department/service area. 
  • You need to fill out every part of the form to be eligible to participate. 
  • It's important that  every member of the panel attends both employee panel meetings. Please refer to the list below for dates and details. 
  • It is requested that every member of the panel attends at least one two hour session of the community panel’s deliberations if possible. Please refer to the list below for dates and details.

Extra hours (outside of normal working hours): 

Employee panel days take place on working days.  If you are a part-time or casual employee and these days fall on your day off, you will be paid (as per your normal, contracted rate) to attend and commit to these extra hours. 

It is requested that you also attend one weekend Community Panel session (each session within the full day goes for about 1.5- 2 hours).  All employees attending one of these sessions will be compensated for their time (as per your contracted rate), as these days fall outside of the working week.

Important dates: 

All of the following sessions will take place at the Kingston Arts Centre/City Hall (979-985 Nepean Hwy, Moorabbin)

Employee panel days (compulsory for all employee panelists)

  • Tuesday 14th November: 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • Friday 17th November: 8.30am – 1.00pm

Community panel days (requested that employee panelists attend 1 session - each session is approximately 1.5-2hours in total)

  • Saturday 7th October: 8.30am – 5.00pm (4 x sessions available)
  • Saturday 14th October: 8.30am – 5.00pm  (4 x sessions available)
  • Sunday 15th October: 8.30am – 1.00pm  (2 x sessions available)
