FORUMS & SUMMITS
Our strength lies in large-scale and hybrid forums that are inclusive, engaging, and geared toward real outcomes. With skilled independent facilitation and thoughtful use of technology, we create seamless experiences that support participation, insight, and momentum.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You need to bring people together to navigate complexity, align direction, or build momentum - but you’re not sure where to start.
Designing the right kind of event can be challenging when:
the stakes are high
the issues are contentious
you’re under pressure
your timeframe is tight
the path forward is unclear
relationships between stakeholders and decision‑makers are strained
there’s lots of information, stakeholders and perspectives
you’re unsure how to create a process that leads to clarity and action
geographic dispersion makes it difficult to gather everyone together
policy or legislative timeframes are creating pressure.
Whether you're shaping a strategy, responding to a sensitive issue, or trying to shift a stuck system, meaningful involvement is essential - and it takes more than good intentions to get it right.
WE’VE GOT YOU
Our forums and summits support decision-makers by bringing the right people together for strategic, outcome-focused conversations that turn complexity into shared priorities and progress.
We help you navigate high-stakes situations with confidence and clarity.
Our work spans all levels of government and extends across diverse sectors - creating space for meaningful input, focused discussion, and credible, people-informed decisions.
Examples include:
policy & reform dialogues
stakeholder roundtables
learning assemblies
sector summits & forums
strategic planning workshops
staff and internal planning forums.
THE IMPACT
A well-designed forum or summit delivers more than just a good event- it creates clarity, connection, and momentum. It brings the right people together to unpack complexity, align around shared goals, and shape decisions that stick.
The outcomes go beyond the room: stronger relationships, deeper trust, practical insights, and clear next steps that drive real action. It’s a visible commitment to inclusive leadership and collaborative change- and a catalyst for what comes next.
THE MOSAICLAB DIFFERENCE
We create interactive, thoughtfully designed spaces where participants are part of the thinking - and the outcomes are just as valuable as the experience. No passive presentations here!
End-to-end support
From planning to final report, we design with purpose, align every step to your goals, and deliver a tailored roadmap—never cookie-cutter.
Formats that fit
In-person, online, or hybrid—we do it all. Our adaptable processes always spark participation, insight, and momentum.
The right people in the room
Our recruitment is strategic and specialised, bringing the right voices to the table, not just the loudest.
Participant activation
We don’t just invite people- we prepare them. Pre-polling, briefings, and early insights help participants arrive informed, confident, and ready to contribute.
Designed for experience
We bring colour and movement to the room with interactive tools and creative techniques - making engagement feel dynamic, purposeful, and truly participatory.
Technology & AI
We use technology and AI to boost interactivity and process information fast. Live tools enable real-time collaboration and clear, actionable analysis and reporting.
Memorable add-ons
We offer enhancements like vox pops, photography and illustrated process reports to bring your event to life and create lasting value.
