The engaging discussion explores the challenges, benefits and intricacies associated with these processes from the perspective of those 'on the ground'. Keith delves into some interesting areas in the interview, including discussing the link between deliberative philosophies and principles and other engagement approaches, and how these principles can (and should) be honoured in any quality engagement process.
