Registrations are now open and places are very limited, so be sure to secure your spot ASAP. RSVPs close COB Monday 9 December. More details on each session below.

  • an understanding of what high influence engagement or deliberative engagement (i.e. processes that move beyond ‘Involve’ in the IAP2 spectrum) really entails,

  • clarity on what ‘conditions’ are required for this type of engagement, and how to know when to deliberate and when not to,

  • actionable steps you can take to get your organisation ready to deliberate,

  • insights into the role of decision makers, and how to avoid ‘decision maker disaster’,

  • answers to your burning questions about deliberation dilemmas.

There are just 25 spots available for this training opportunity, so secure your spot as early as possible.*
