WHY WORK FOR US?

We’re a close-knit team based across Melbourne and regional Victoria. We support each other, have fun, and offer an inclusive, flexible work environment.

We operate ‘virtually’ and work from home offices, so there’s no daily commute, although we meet up often and work together regularly.

Our work and projects is diverse and interesting. We focus on people’s individual skills and abilities and support all team members to make the biggest possible impact.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

We’re always on the look-out for motivated, talented and passionate people that are willing to learn and grow.

Everyone at MosaicLab values quality community and stakeholder engagement. However, we’re open to both experienced practitioners and people new to the field who are keen to build their skills.

You might be the right fit for us if you’re a great communicator, work well in a team, feel comfortable being based from home, are self driven and are ready for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
