THAT'S A WRAP 2023! GRATITUDE, HIGHLIGHTS & HOPE FOR WHAT'S AHEAD

To our community - thank you

As 2023 comes to a close, we are feeling grateful, humbled and inspired.

We are incredibly lucky to have spent the year working with brave leaders, big thinkers, changemakers, and, most importantly, everyday people from all walks of life that are willing to contribute to better outcomes for everyone. People like you.

We’re all trying to cope in a world filled with polarisation, conflict and problems that can seem impossible to solve.

What gives us hope is that we see evidence that it is possible to create better futures. Every day we work with people like you that are committed to tackling what’s hard and enabling positive change.

From housing, energy and water pricing through to biosecurity, infrastructure and strategic planning; our work in 2023 gave us the opportunity to facilitate the conversations that matter.

Thank you for continuing to support us in our work to bring conversation and democracy alive.

My highlight for the year is the connections I’ve had working with traditional custodians.
— Lyndal McKintosh, Principal and Training Lead
I’m super grateful for the amazing ability of everyone we work with to think differently, adapt and open their minds.
— Nicole Hunter, Co-founder and Managing Director

MosaicLab director and co-founder Nicole, principal and training lead Lyndal, senior facilitators Belinda and Mel and facilitator Aaron share what they’re grateful for, 2023 highlights and give us a teeny little sneak peek into what 2024 might hold.

WE’RE TAKING A little BREAK over the silly season…

Our team will be working hard next week as we come together for internal strategy and planning work.

The MosaicLab virtual office will then be officially closed from December 22 2023, reopening on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Wishing you all the best for the festive season - stay safe and we look forward to reconnecting in 2024!
